As you know we recently completed our first ever customer survey and we were delighted with the very positive feedback….. a few quick highlights
Overall satisfaction 81% said they were Satisfied or Very Satisfied
Performance 90% said they were Satisfied or Very Satisfied
(speed, response time, reliability)
Ease of Use 84% said they were Satisfied or Very Satisfied
Makes work easier 84% said they were Satisfied or Very Satisfied
Simplifies Order Processing 82% said they were Satisfied or Very Satisfied
Improves Supplier Control 75% said they were Satisfied or Very Satisfied
Some interesting suggestions on improvements:
“Make it work with Firefox” As of the being of July it now does!
“Make it work with mobiles” Not there yet but we hope to introduce this feature in our Winter Release
“Visually the system is a little dull” We are launching our latest release Ver. 6.0 this week and there are quite a number of visual changes and some modular ones especially for those of you on some of the older versions. We will be changing the screenshots quite a bit over the coming Quarterly releases.
“Better search/Autofill functionality” The search functionality in POcontrol.com is actually very powerful and its ability to export to Excel is a very useful financial tool, however this search function has been under sold to date. Version 6.0 gives the Search function its own module, all the same field combinations and export functions but quicker to find and use.
